我校赴俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦参加高等教育展

为落实学校“4310”国际化行动计划与国际化发展工作部署，持续擦亮“留学武理”品牌，10月15日—19日，副校长张笛率代表团赴俄罗斯莫斯科、哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图，参加2026中国高等教育系列展和交流访问。

To implement the university's "4310" Internationalization Action Plan and its work deployment, and to further promote the "Study at WUT" brand, from October 15 to 19, Vice President Zhang Di led a delegation to Moscow, Russia and Almaty, Kazakhstan, to attend the 2026 China Higher Education Exhibition series and a series of exchange visits.

莫斯科站期间，张笛会同国家留学基金管理委员会胡炜秘书长拜会中国驻俄罗斯大使馆教育处，同公使衔参赞曹士海及使馆相关工作人员举行工作会谈，并参加俄罗斯公费留学生座谈会。

During the Moscow stop, Zhang Di, accompanied by Hu Wei, Secretary-General of the China Scholarship Council (CSC), paid a courtesy call on the Education Office of the Chinese Embassy in Russia. They held a working meeting with Minister-Counsellor Cao Shihai and other embassy officials, and attended a seminar with Russian CSC students.

次日，中国高等教育展在俄罗斯人民友谊大学举行，学校进行专题宣讲。中国驻俄罗斯使馆公使张伟和国家留学基金委秘书长胡炜专程莅临我校展台，与我校代表团代表亲切交流。

The following day, the China Higher Education Exhibition was held at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), where WUT delivered a thematic presentation. Zhang Wei, Minister of the Chinese Embassy in Russia, and Hu Wei, Secretary-General of the CSC, paid a special visit to the WUT booth and exchanged views with representatives of the delegation.

展会期间，张笛分别与俄罗斯人民友谊大学（RUDN University）校长、俄罗斯国立社会大学（Russian State Social University, RSSU）副校长参加校际高层工作会谈。双方围绕师生互派交流、双学位联合培养项目建设、联合科研攻关、优质来华留学生源输送等重点领域深入磋商。

During the exhibition, Zhang Di held high-level inter-university talks with the President of RUDN University and the Vice President of the Russian State Social University (RSSU). The two sides conducted in-depth consultations on such key areas as faculty and student exchanges, the development of joint dual-degree programmes, collaborative scientific research, and the recruitment of high-quality international students.

18日，代表团前往哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图，参加由中亚教育与代表联盟（Central Asian Education & Representation Alliance, CEFA）主办的国际高等教育展，主动对接当地中学、教育机构资源，进一步挖掘中亚区域来华留学优质生源。

On October 18, the delegation travelled to Almaty, Kazakhstan, to attend the International Higher Education Exhibition hosted by the Central Asian Education & Representation Alliance (CEFA). It actively reached out to local secondary schools and educational institutions to further cultivate high-quality student sources in Central Asia.

本次跨俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦两国的出访活动，以展会平台为载体，结合高层会晤、专题座谈、线下宣讲等多元工作形式，有效提升我校在俄罗斯、中亚区域的国际显示度与品牌影响力，进一步拓宽来华留学生源渠道，为学校高水平推进教育对外开放，持续深化与“一带一路”沿线国家教育领域务实合作夯实基础。

This visit to Russia and Kazakhstan built around the exhibition platforms and combining high-level meetings, thematic seminars and on-site presentations, has effectively enhanced WUT's international visibility and brand influence in Russia and Central Asia, further broadened the university's channels for recruiting international students, and laid a solid foundation for advancing the university's opening-up of education at a high level and for deepening practical cooperation in education with countries along the Belt and Road.
