新学期注册时间

（Registration for the New Semester）

2026年9月7日（星期一）至9月9日（星期三）。

（1）所有学生要求在2026年9月6日之前抵达学校；

（2）请缴清学费和住宿费，并携带护照、学生证、学费/住宿费缴费单到留学生管理服务中心办理学籍注册手续，并完成学生证盖章手续。

（3）不能按时返校的学生，必须联系你的辅导员进行请假。需要请假超过1个月的学生应联系教学办公室办理休学手续。

（4）所有奖学金生需在报到期间进行人脸签到。我们无法向不按时注册的奖学金生发放奖学金。如果错过了上述打卡时间，逾期不再补发。请假仅作为保留学籍的依据，不作为奖学金补发的依据。

（5）所有没有请假且没有在2026年9月7日至9月9日按时注册的学生，自9月10日起，15天以内按照旷课处理，自动丧失年度评先评优机会；15天以上视作自动退学处理。

Registration period for the new semester: September 7(Monday) to September 9(Wednesday), 2026.

(1)All students in China are required to arrive at the school before September 6, 2026;

(2) Please settle the tuition and accommodation fees, and bring your passport, student ID card, and the payment receipt for tuition and accommodation to the International Students Management Center to complete the registration procedures for your student status and have your student ID card stamped.

(3) Students who are unable to return to school on time must contact your counselor for a leave of absence. Students who require leave of absence for more than 1 month should contact the Academic Office to complete the suspension procedure.

(4)All scholarship students need to do face recognition during the registration period. We are unable to issue stipends to scholarship students who do not register on time. If you miss the above registration time, it will not be reissued after the expiration date. The application for leave is only used as the basis for retaining the student status, not as the basis for reissuing the scholarship.

(5) All students who do not register on time will be viewed as absence. Within 15 days from September 10, and will automatically lose the opportunity for annual review and excellent student selection; more than 15 days will be regarded as Automatic withdrawal.
