2023年6月14日至17日，2023世界交通运输大会在湖北武汉举行。大会围绕“创新·低碳·智慧·共享—更可持续的交通”主题，聚焦世界交通运输可持续发展的关键技术问题，展示各国交通运输领域的最新科技成果与发展模式。世界交通运输大会由主旨报告会、“一带一路”国际交通研讨会、261场平行论坛、44场专项活动、交通科技博览会、科技成果发布、奖赛等特色活动组成。The 2023 World Transport Convention was held in Wuhan, Hubei Province from June 14 to 17, 2023. With the theme of "Innovation, low-carbon, wisdom, sharing - More sustainable transportation", the convention focused on the key technical issues of sustainable development of the world's transport, and showcaes the latest scientific and technological achievements and development models in the field of transport in various countries. The World Transport Convention consisted of keynote presentations, the Belt and Road International Transport Seminar, 261 parallel forums, 44 special activities, transportation science and technology Expo, scientific and technological achievements release, award competition and other special activities.为促进国际学生感受中国科技创新发展，了解历史文化脉络，积极融入中国生活，在世界交通运输大会召开期间，大会同期举办了由国家留学生基金委员会主办，长安大学和武汉理工大学承办的“感知中国·可持续的交通”国际学生学术论坛系列活动，鼓励在华留学生进行对话交流，搭建相互学习、相互借鉴、相互促进的文化平台。来自武汉理工大学、长安大学、北京交通大学、大连海事大学、东南大学、长沙理工大学、西南交通大学、兰州交通大学等高校50余名优秀国际学生代表共同参加，组成学术交流和文化学习团队。In order to promote international students to experience the development of China's scientific and technological innovation, understand the historical and cultural context, and actively integrate into Chinese life, during the World Transport Convention, the International Students' Academic Forum series of "Sense of China · Sustainable Transportation" sponsored by the National International Student Foundation Committee and hosted by Chang 'an University and Wuhan University of Technology was held. 6月15日，在武汉理工大学留学生教育管理中心老师的带领下，50名师生代表共同前往黄鹤楼、辛亥革命纪念馆、桥梁博物馆等地实践参观。在参观的过程中，国际学生学习到桥梁变迁的历史，感叹武汉交通和桥梁的魅力，赞赏武汉在历史变迁中彰显的文化底蕴。在中外学生学术交流环节中，多名国际学生感谢世界交通运输大会和感知中国系列活动提供的平台，称赞中国发达的基础设施建设、便捷的交通，惊叹大江大河大武汉的魅力。On June 15, under the leadership of the International Student Education Management Center of Wuhan University of Technology, 50 representatives of teachers and students went to the Yellow Crane Tower, the 1911 Revolution Memorial Hall, the Bridge Museum and other places for practical visits. During the practical visit to the Astronomy Museum and the Maritime Museum, the international students personally experienced the operation principle of the Marine engine simulator and learned the evolution history of China's navigation technology.6月16日下午，国际学生参加由世界交通运输大会执委会主办，长安大学和武汉理工大学共同承办的WTC2023国际学生论坛，在国际舞台展示学术的魅力。论坛以“互联互通，创新发展”为主题，来自东南大学、浙江大学、长安大学、武汉理工大学等高校交通领域的7名国际学生分享学术前沿成果，助力科研人员开阔学术视野，夯实科研能力。其中，我校来自巴基斯坦的在读博士生高兴发表了研究报告，他从多维度、多时间和多尺度的角度，介绍了路口交通数字孪生管理系统的模型构建、工作机制和关键技术。论坛结束后，我校来自巴基斯坦的翰哲和尼日利亚的李耀为接受到了中国国际新闻电视台频道的采访，他们表示这次世界交通运输大会为世界各地提供了相互合作的平台，减少碳排放是中国交通可持续发展的重要举措。On the afternoon of June 16, international students participated in the WTC2023 International Student Forum, hosted by the Executive Committee of the World Transport Convention and co-hosted by Chang 'an University and Wuhan University of Technology, demonstrating the charm of academics on the international stage. Among them, a PhD student from Pakistan in our school was happy to publish a research report, he introduced the model construction, working mechanism and key technologies of the intersection traffic digital twin management system from the perspective of multi-dimension, multi-time and multi-scale. After the forum, Han Zhe from Pakistan and Li Yaowei from Nigeria were interviewed by CGTN. They said that the World Transport Convention provided a platform for cooperation around the world, and reducing carbon emissions was an important measure for the sustainable development of China's transportation.
