一、学校简介

武汉理工大学是教育部直属全国重点大学，是首批列入国家“211工程”和“双一流”建设高校。学校办学历史起源于1898年，是中国建材建工、交通、汽车三大行业高层次人才培养和科技创新的重要基地。学校现有马房山校区、余家头校区和南湖校区，占地近4000亩,校舍总建筑面积195万平方米，4座现代化图书馆藏书407万余册。

二、招生专业（类）

1.中文授课本科专业

2.英文授课本科专业：土木工程、工商管理、国际经济与贸易、计算机科学与技术、采矿工程、机械工程,详见http://sie.whut.edu.cn/english/ist/unde

注：报到人数达到10人开班，未达到开班条件的报名学生可更换专业，否则不予报到注册。

三、学制与学位的颁发与授予

武汉理工大学本科学制为四年（建筑类专业为五年），学校为完成规定的教学计划、考核合格并通过毕业论文答辩的学生颁发本科毕业证书，经学位审查合格的学生同时授予学士学位。

四、申请资格

1.品行端正、身体健康的外国公民。

根据中国教育部相关规定，出生时即具有外国国籍但父母双方或一方为中国公民并定居在外国的申请人以及祖国大陆（内地）、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移民后获得外国国籍的申请人，应持有有效的外国护照或国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在外国实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在外国居住满9个月可按一年计算，以入境和出境签章为准）。

2.学习成绩优良，拥有官方出具的高中毕业文凭。

3.语言水平

(1)汉语水平(中文授课申请者)

进入专业学习的申请者须达到HSK4级（含）以上水平。

(2)英语水平(英文授课申请者)

母语为非英语的英文授课项目申请者需提供英语水平证明，如TOEFL需达到80分，IELTS需达到6.0，或提供TOEFL MyBest, TOEFL iBT Home Edition，TOEFL Essentials成绩(TOEFL DI code: C647)等；不能提供标准化英语测试证明的申请人需进行英语笔试或面试。

4.年龄18至25周岁；未满18周岁的申请人须同时提交监护人担保书。

五、 申请流程

1.在线申请

请在申请时间内登录武汉理工大学国际学生申请系统http://admission.whut.edu.cn，注册登录后按要求真实、完整地填写《武汉理工大学外国留学生入学申请表》，并按照系统要求上传相关证明附件材料，并在有效申请期限内提交和交纳报名费。

2.申请材料

1. 护照首页及来华签证页（如有）

2. 高中学历文凭（原件及中文或英文翻译件）

3. 高中成绩单（原件及中文或英文翻译件）

4. 汉语等级证书或考试成绩证明（仅限中文授课申请者）

5. 英语水平证明如托福或雅思等（仅限英文授课申请者）

6. 经济担保证明

7. 无犯罪记录证明  

8. 已在中国境内并有在华学习经历的申请者需提供前学习院校开具的在校表现情况说明。

9. 报名费缴纳证明

(10)近六个月的体检报告

(11)美术基础证明（艺术类和建筑学类申请者）

注：申请者在网上提交的所有申请材料均为原件扫描件，若原件语言不包含通用语，则还需要同时提交其中文或英文翻译件。报到注册时需提供所有材料原件以供审核。

六、审核、考试与录取

1.材料审核

国际教育学院留学生招生与培养中心对申请人按时提交的申请及相关证明材料进行审核，申请材料需完整和真实，否则将视为不合格申请。

2.入学考试

通过材料审核的申请者还须参加国家留学基金委组织的本科入学学业水平考试。

1. 中文授课专业的申请人均须参加专业中文考试（文科中文、经贸中文、理工中文三选一）。

2. 经济和管理类专业的申请人须参加数学考试；

3. 理学和工学类专业的申请人除须参加数学考试外，还须根据专业侧重要求，选择物理或化学一门参加考试。

考试时间和方式以国家留学基金委另行通知为准。

1. 录取

学校通过材料审核和考试评估，向满足录取条件的申请人发放《录取通知书》和《外国留学人员来华确认表》。

注：被录取者如不持普通护照和学生签证入境，学校将不能为其注册。

七、费用

1.报名费：500元/人（境外支付80美元）

2.学费

注：学历生新生在我校报到注册时应足额缴纳第一年学费，否则不予注册。

八、奖学金申请

中国政府奖学金-国别双边项目

该项目计划重点资助友华人士来武汉理工大学学习。请直接与本国留学生派遣部门联系并申请（一般为中国驻当地使领馆）,此项目可招收本科生、硕士研究生、博士研究生、普通进修生和高级进修生。申请时间一般为1月初至4月初。招生类别,申请时间和机构代码信息，请向本国留学生派遣部门查询。具体申请要求，请登录中国国家留学生基金委网站http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina或https://www.campuschina.org/以及武汉理工大学网站http://admission.whut.edu.cn。申请者同时需符合大学申请要求，在线申请时选择武汉理工大学为第一志愿学校。

九、申请、录取、报到时间

  国际学生新生注册报到时间以新生录取通知书为准。

 报到时需携齐全的报到材料，包括个人普通护照原件（不接受外交护照和因公护照）、《录取通知书》及《外国留学人员来华确认表》。新生入学时须携带所要求的中文或英文学位证和成绩单原件或公证件原件供学校复核入学资格。不符合入学条件者，取消入学资格。

(Admission for International Applicants)

Ⅰ. Introduction of WUT

Wuhan University of Technology (WUT)is a state key universitywhich cultivates the largest amount of talents in China’sthree major industrial sectors:building and construction materials, transportation, and automobile industries.

Note: Courses can be offered when (more than) 10 students registered in the major, and admitted applicants can change to other majors available when their original majors do not have enough registered students to form a class.

Ⅲ. Duration, Degree & Diploma

The duration of study for undergraduate programs at Wuhan University of Technology is four years (Architecture requires five years). Bachelor's degree and graduation certificate will be awarded if students finish all the required courses,pass the thesis defenseand degree review.

Ⅳ.Eligibility

Applicants should be healthy and well-behaved, and have a foreign citizenship.According to the NO.12 (2020) Announcement of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China, applicants who have foreign nationality at birth but both or one of their parents are Chinese citizens who settled in a foreign country, as well as residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who have obtained foreign nationality after immigrating should hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of actual residence in a foreign country for more than 2 years within the most recent 4 years (by April 30 of the enrollment year) (The actual residence in a foreign country for 9 months in a year can be calculated as one year, subject to entry and exit signatures).

Applicants should have good academic records and an educational background equivalent to that of the Chinese high school diploma.

3. Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 25. For the applicants under 18 by Sep. 1st 2025 , a Guardian Statement is required.

4. Language Requirements

4.1 HSK (level IV or above) certificate is required for programs taught in Chinese.

4.2English language proficiency certificate is required for programs taught in English and applicants who are not nativeEnglish speakers, which include score report of English Proficiency test likeTOEFL 80+/ IELTS 6.0+/ TOEFL My Best/ TOEFL iBT Home Edition/ TOEFL Essentials, and etc. For applicants who cannot offer the above-mentioned standardized English test results, they will be required to participate in an additional oral or written English test organized by Wuhan University of Technology.

Ⅴ. Application Procedures

1. Online Application

Please log in to the online application system at Wuhan University of Technology International Students Service System within the application period viahttp://admission.whut.edu.cn. Please complete the Wuhan University of Technology Application Form for Foreign Scholars and Students correctly and completely, and upload the supporting documents and pay the application fee as required.

2. Application Documents

Note: Applicants are required to submit the scan copies of original documents, and translations in Chinese or English will also be required if the original documents do not contain lingua franca. Hard copies of documents are needed for verification upon registration. If there are any counterfeit about application materials, the admission will be considered invalid.

Ⅵ. Review, Examination and Admission

1. Documents Review

Admission Office,School of International Education, will review the application and documents submitted by applicants within valid period. Qualified application requires complete information and authentic documents.

2. Examination

Applicants who pass the application documentsreview also need to take academic test for undergraduate admission organized by China Scholarship Council.

2.1 Applicants for Chinese taught programs are required to take a specialized Chinese test of liberal arts, economics and trade, or science and engineering (choose one out of three).

2.2 Applicants for majors in economics and management are required to take a mathematics test. Applicants for majors in science and engineering are required to take both tests of mathematics and physics or chemistry, depending on which weighs more in the major.  

The time and method of tests are subject to further notices made by China Scholarship Council.

3. Admission

Wuhan University of Technology will issue Admission Noticeand ConfirmationForm for Study in Chinato applicants who satisfy the conditions for admission and pass the review and tests.

Note: Wuhan University of Technology can not register admitted applicants who do not enter China with private passport and student visa.
