2025年中国政府奖学金短期科研交流项目（China Link奖学金）已经正式开放申请通道。

Chinese Government Scholarship Short-term Scientific Exchange Scholarship Program (referred to as China Link Scholarship) in 2025 is now open to apply.

1资助类别Funding Categories

普通进修生：适用于在校本科生、硕士研究生申请；

高级进修生：适用于在校博士研究生、教职人员申请。

General scholar: applicable to current undergraduates or graduates.

Senior scholar: applicable to current Ph. D candidates or faculties.

2资助期限Duration

1-12个月，申请人需要在2026年8月31日前来华开始学习。

1-12 months. Start study in China no later than August 31, 2026.

3授课语言Working Language

英文或中文，具体授课语言以中国院校专业设置为准。

English or Chinese, depending on the program provided by the Chinese host universities.

4资助领域Study/Research Fields

除汉语言外，其他专业不限。

All disciplines other than Chinese language study.

5申请条件Eligibility

1、非中华人民共和国国籍，身心健康；

2、普通进修生申请人，年龄不超过45周岁；高级进修生申请人，年龄不超过50周岁；

3、申请及参与项目期间，必须为国家留学基金委国外合作院校全日制在读学生或教职员工，国外合作院校列表详见附件1；

4、已获中国院校录取资格。

1. Be a citizen of a country other than the People’s Republic of China and be in good health both mentally and physically.

2. Be under 45 applying for general scholars. Be under 50 applying for senior scholars.

3. Register as full-time student or employed as full-time academic staff at CSC’s foreign partner university by the time of application and throughout the proposed stay in China. Foreign university list please refer to Appendix.

4. Have obtained admission qualification from the Chinese host university for the next intake. Chinese host university list please refer to Appendix 2.

6如何申请How to apply

1、奖学金申请端口对申请人全年开放。

申请人在获得中国院校录取资格后，登录中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统（https://studyinchina.csc.edu.cn/#/login），完成网上申请并上传相关材料，申请人系统操作指南详见附件3；

2、中国院校负责受理本校申请；

3、中国院校须至少于学习开始时间2个月前向国家留学基金委上报奖学金候选人名单；

4、国家留学基金委向中国院校反馈奖学金录取结果；

5、中国院校将奖学金录取结果通知申请人。

1. Scholarship application portal opens to applicants all year round.

After obtaining admission qualification, applicants log into Chinese Government Scholarship Information System (https://studyinchina.

csc.edu.cn/#/login) to complete CSC online application and upload supporting documents. Online application guide please refer to Appendix.

2. Application processed by Chinese host universities. 

3. Chinese universities should submit scholarship nomination list to CSC at least 2 months before the start of study.

4. CSC notifies scholarship admission result to Chinese host universities. 

5. Chinese host universities notify scholarship admission results to applicants.
