Instructions for Exchange Program or Scholarship Application in 2019

Dear partner,

Hope this finds you well. Thanks for your sincere help to us in 2018, and we do hope that our cooperation 

in 2019 would be more fruitful.

In 2018, we have more than 260 exchange students from our partners in the world to study on campus. All 

of them benefit a lot from tasting the local Chinese history and culture, experiencing the fast growth of 

Chinese economy, breathing the warm welcome from Chinese people.

Now, the Exchange Student Program, the Chinese Government Scholarship Program (Bi-Lateral 

Scholarship), the Chinese Governmental Scholarship University Postgraduate Program (UPP

Scholarship) and Silk Road Program (SLJ Scholarship) have started to accept new applications. We hope 

there would be more proper candidates recommended by your esteemed institutes to study at Wuhan 

University of Technology since September, 2019.

For your concern, we are very glad to provide one or two places for you to recommend candidates for the 

UPP or SLJ scholarship, and we hope the recommended students have relevant background of their 

undergraduate or master degree education in the field of engineering and technology, especially in the 

field of Material Sciences and Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or 

Logistics Management. One more, any recommended candidates with different educational background 

from those accepted by us in the past three years shall be considered with priority.

Once you have the applicants selected, please let them before March 31st,

2019submit applications via both

h t t p : / /www.campuschina.org or http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina.

When visiting and logging in Application Online for International Students at the two websites of CSC 

and our University, the applicants are supposed to fill in the Agency No. of 10497 for Wuhan University of 

Technology and choose Type B for UPP/SLJ Scholarship or Type A for Bi-Lateral Scholarship. After their 

successful online submission please kindly send the applicants' Serial No. of CSC online application to 

fstudent@whut.edu.cn .
