Who can apply?

Undergraduate Programs:

1. High school graduate.

2. Efficient Chinese language skills or efficient English language skills.

3. With age 18 to 30.

Graduate Programs: 

1. Master's program applicants should have a Bachelor Degree.  

A doctoral program applicant should have a master Degree in the same major or in the relative field of interest
2. Efficient Chinese language skills or efficient English language school.
3. Recommending by two professors
