一、业务培养目标
Ⅰ Educational Objectives
工业工程专业培养具备现代工业工程和系统管理等方面的知识、素质和能力,能在企业从事生产、经营、服务等管理系统的规划、设计、评价和优化工作的具有创新性和批判性思维的专门人才。
The program for Industrial Engineering aims at training students to become experts in operational management and system analysis, who will be able to plan, design, evaluate, and optimize the production system with creative and critical thinking in the areas of manufacturing, business, and service.
二、业务培养要求
Ⅱ Educational Requirements
工业工程专业学生主要学习工业工程方面的基本理论和基本知识,受到工业工程的理论与方法、分析和解决应用问题方面的基本训练,具有开发和设计实际管理系统的基本能力。
毕业生应掌握以下几方面的知识和能力:
1. 工业工程学科的基本理论、基本知识;
2. 系统管理的分析方法和管理技术;
3. 机械工程学科的基本技术,具有较强的计算机能力和外语应用能力;
4. 与经济建设和企业管理有关的方法、规范和标准;
5. 了解现代工业工程的理论前沿,应用前景和发展动态;
6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,具有科学研究和实际工作的初步能力。
Students majoring in Industrial Engineering are required to master basic theories of industrial engineering, receive trainings on basic knowledge and methods of industrial engineering, and acquire basic abilities for development and design of practical management system.
The graduates are required to master the knowledge or abilities as follows:
1. Basic theories and knowledge of industrial engineering;
2. Analytical methods and technology of systematic management;
3. Knowledge of mechanical engineering and Strong ability of computer and foreign language application;
4.Methods, specifications and standards which are related to economic construction and enterprise management;
5. The leading edge and development trend of modern industrial engineering;
6. Basic methods of literature retrieval and information inquiry, as well as the abilities of scientific research and practical working.
